The program also gives them practices and tools that they can use daily for them to achieve a happier, healthier and more prosperous life.

The price we pay for not coming into full balance with our emotions, our physical body and our spirituality, is too high. It is reflected in the pain we feel when we experience health issues, or relationships that are not harmonious, or when we have financial challenges. The emotions that we feel when we are in pain are really a wake up call to transform our lives by the renewal of our minds.
Every challenge we face is an invitation to find the answers within. People are carrying an emotional baggage that can be released if they only knew how. The anger, insecurity, doubt, loneliness, restlessness, worry, envy, judgment, anxiety, guilt, physical pain, negativity and unhappiness that we experience are red flags for each one of us to face those emotions, discover the root cause and find the solutions that are always at our fingertips. All of these feelings can be replaced with love, peace, joy and trust.
To be able to do this, we have to go within. Every situation is treatable and healable. It is important to realize that we have the power inside of us to do something about it. Things start to become easier once we take control of our healing. This is the reason why we have to take control of our lives right now by willing to take a look at the areas that are not working and then take the appropriate action to correct them. This is where the 12 step coaching plays a crucial role in our future. The 12 steps are a succesful proven and systematic guide to finding out and releasing what does not serve us. They are an invitation to stepping into the power of loving ourselves and others unconditionally as the road to living a fulfilling life.
The moment has come to really learn how to love ourselves so we can in turn love others. We are being invited to not play victim any longer and instead to take responsibility for every experience that shows up in our lives. It is an invitation to choose the path of love.
