12 Steps to Mastery is a training program for individuals or coaches who want to take their own lives and the lives of their clients to a level of mastery. Its strategic and interactive, process-oriented curriculum provides a proven approach and skills to get life-changing results for your clients. During 24 weeks, you will receive the guidance, practice, and tools, to transform your own life, and the “12 Steps to Mastery” Certification to support others in discovering and embracing their potential.
The 12-step program is an invitation to free yourself from the personal, ego-self and to become one with God’s Spirit that is within you. It is a God-centered program designed to shift limiting programming, beliefs and paradigms into empowering ones. It's a program for you to overcome any limiting beliefs or behaviors and to truly experience the loving power of God.
Each step will move you to a deeper understanding of your true essence and will certainly release any limiting conditioning of the past. You will witness the magic of each step and will experience the healing power of each weekly practice.
This certification program was inspired by the 12 steps originally created by AA. However, our program goes far beyond the original 12 steps and has been expanded to incorporate a more metaphysical approach with deep emphasis in creating a deeper consciousness in the participants. It is like the "Rolls Royce" coaching program for coaches. The idea of conscious thoughts, language and actions is of vital importance for the manifestation of a fulfilling life. Another crucial area within the curriculum of our coaching for coaches program is the Law of attraction and learning how to understand it and apply it. The path of this program is truly a path to mastery.
The core values that are emphasized in this program are integrity, impeccability, faith, unconditional love, respect, forgiveness, compassion, responsibility, accountability, gratitude and a positive attitude.
Our main mission is to spread unconditional love throughout the planet with the inner power that resides in the hearts of each coach and with the guidance that they will receive from this program. We have the intention to train coaches who walk their talk - their own lives will be a demonstration of the coaching they facilitate for their clients - coaches who help people find their true purpose, and coaches who are willing to be the expression of unconditional love by being "love in action."
