Coaching Policy
Please read the information bellow concerning our policy on appointments, cancellations and payment. Thank you.
- You will be required to fill out a client information form prior to your first individual session.
- Payment is due at or before the time of session. For coaching series it is necessary to acncel 4 sessions in adavnce.
- Payment can be made by cash, or you can call with your credit card number at 954.558.7327.
- A 24-hour cancellation notice of appointment must be made. If cancellation is not made in advance, you will be charged for the full cost of the session.
- If you arrive or call late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and you will be charged for the regular appointment.
- To insure an appointment time that is convenient for you, please book in advance.
